1.How long will delivery take?
Handling takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 5 to 7, so most orders arrive within 6 to 9 business days.
2.Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order shipped within the United States ships free, with no minimum spend. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3.What if it is not right in the room?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery. Once it arrives and passes inspection your refund goes to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4.What if something arrives damaged?
We replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out. Every purchase carries a 30 day warranty.
5.Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, within 24 hours. Get in touch as soon as you can so we can catch it before it enters processing.
